Brawly leered  "I've been churned in the rough waves of these parts... Think you've had it rocky?! Let me see what you're made of!", he grew Hariyama skin, hands and muscle!!! Leo flourished his Shiny Noctowl Wings, then used Fly!!!  Brawly leers and used RockThrow, Leo dodged then dropkicks!!! Brawly used RockSlide as he homed in!!! Leo used Hurricane to deflect some of the attack, as Brawly suddenly leaped over him and used ArmThrust!!! Leo tried to counter using MachPunch, but is knocked into the floor, Brawly used HighJumpKick as he lands!!! Leo's pushed through the floor, then AerialAce!!! Brawly used RockSlide to deflect his attacks, then used ArmThrust again, Leo backflips as Brawly constantly swings at him, until Leo used ThunderBolt!!! Brawly used BulletPunch to deflect the electricity, and and counters with IcePunch!!! Leo's hit into the wall!!! He tries Fly, but notices his wings are frozen!!! He then used QuickAttack!!! Brawly leers as he countered with IcicleCrash!!! Stalactites surrounded the fighters as Brawly walks closer to the pilot!!! Leo glares "He's trying to manipulate me into evolving... I need to think carefully on how to counter... Then I'll be pushed to evolution... or...", Brawly suddenly leaps over him!!! Leo uses FireSpin!!! The gym leader used CometPunch to disperse the flames!!! Leo counters with CometPunch too!!! They trade blows, each one cracking the floor and walls, despite it being a eak attack... until Brawly suddenly used ArmThrust!!! Leo used ForcePalm to counter!!! The explosion cracked the gym in half!!!! Leo and Brawly violently flung backwards, the pilot bounced back up to see Brawly already descending on him with PowderSnow!!! Leo's frozen in ice before he can escape, his friends watch in horror as Brawly leered "See, ya can't be the next big wave in legend, if ya can't even take this seriously...", he prepares FlashCannon!!! "Sorry dude, you hafta do better than that!" Brawly laughed as he fires!!! Leo suddenly leaps away using ExtremeSpeed, but stops again... Brawly laughed "Maybe this'll push ya, Legend?!"!!! He fires AuraSphere!!! Leo tries dodging with  QuickAttack, it slingshots around back to him, everytime he uses a short burst of speed!!! He stops as his body ached horribly "Dammit... I can't get away!!!", he turns as the Sphere came!!! It crashed as Leo uses FlameWheel!!! Brawly laughed as Leo spun violently, then rushed to him!!! "Too bad... I'm still the big Wave in fighting!!!", he charges to the pilot using AlloutPummeling!!! Leo counters with Fly!!! He circles the orb of energy as Brawly follows up with a series of blows!!! Leo countered with MachPunch, matching each hit, until he struck with Fly!!! Brawly slams through the wall, then launched back once more, with IceBall!!! Leo uses HeatCrash to launch himself over, then slammed the gym leader into the opposite wall!!! The referee stares in horror... "...Th... the Gym leader's... unable to battle, Leo's the winner!", Brawly staggered up "You swamped me! Now lesse if ya ready to evolve!". Leo glares as he feels energy coursing through his body... then flares his defrosted wings!!! They never change shape...  Brawly laughed "Dammit... looks like I'm all washed up...", Leo sighs "Sorry Brawly...".

The surfer laughs "It's okay man, I know it's hard forcing yourself to change, truthfully: it probably should be natural... but somethin' bigger than us is happenin' we NEED you to evolve now!", Leo sighs "I... can't concentrate on anything serious now... I'm not sure why I can't..."... His friends walk to him as Brawly leered "Forget it, dude... take this: it might bring a grin on that fishy face!". Leo takes the Knuckle Badge! "Awesome!", Brawly laughs "I'll point you to tha next town! Pretty sure you'll get shock to ya system, enough ta make you evolve! Ha!". Wallace leered "I hope so... We have time... but so does everybody else around us... We must hurry before there's none left!". Matt adds "Yeah... I wonder why the threat isn't helpig us all Mega Evolve?!". Aspen giggles "Maybe we're satisfied?!". Brawly laughs "No... it 's important, but we can't see it! Like... Bro over there COULDN'T of evolved unless his girlfriend got all cuddly!", Matt jumps as Jamie blushes "He needed a little incentive!". Bianca laughs "I see...", Everyone suddenly turns around "Brandi!!!?". She smiles "I was here the entire time, I just watched until it was over! Seriously glad we're leaving this place now!". Celia smiles "Yeah... I hated how uncomfortable they looked here...", Wallace laughs "They're men... somewhat! They'll be fine, now let us go!". They leave to the next town... Matt glares "Hey, watcha mean, somewhat!", Wallace smiles "Somewaht is what I meant! Hmmm♪!", they argue until they reach Mauville!
